Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technician role located in East Jerusalem. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet and other digital services for residential and commercial customers. The Technician will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in telecommunications, networking, and computer systems
• Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet and other digital services
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing customer service support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driver’s license and ability to travel to various customer sites (preferred)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Industry certifications (preferred)
