🔧 What You Will Do:

• Tech Mastery: Lead the development of efficient systems for complex web applications using Node.js and React.
• Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges at both code and architecture levels, offering practical and innovative solutions.
• Team Leadership: Leverage your expertise to guide and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to deliver seamless and compelling solutions.
• High-Performance Services: Drive the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance services.
• Tech Evaluation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and implementing new technologies.

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing complex web applications using Node.js and React.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Full Stack Expertise: Proficiency in both Node.js and React is essential.
• Testing Skills: Experience in unit and integration testing.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with microservices and cloud providers (AWS - advantage).
• Agile Environment: Background in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to organize tasks and work effectively with a proactive mindset.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit to thrive in a team environment.
• Education: A relevant degree is a must.
