Algorithm Developer

A challenging opportunity awaits at our Missile Systems Division in the field of missile and space systems defense. We are seeking an experienced Senior Algorithmic Developer with expertise in image processing and computer vision for complex electro-optical systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Specification and collaboration in preparing evaluation scenarios, simulation tools, and test databases.
• Formulating algorithms for detection and tracking in noisy environments.
• Implementing solutions in Matlab/C++/Python.
• Conducting comparative performance research and writing algorithmic documents.
• End-to-end testing in collaboration with system engineering stakeholders.
• Experiment specification, guidance, and interpretation.
• Optimization using machine learning tools.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering/Exact Sciences - mandatory.
• Master's degree (MSc) - an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in classical image processing - mandatory.
• Experience in sensor data fusion - a significant advantage.
• Broad knowledge in statistics and probability - mandatory.
• High analytical ability, self-learning capability, motivation, and good interpersonal skills.
