We’re looking for a highly-motivated person with strong analytical, communication, and organization skills for the Equity Admin position.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operational and administrative management of Check Point’s equity compensation programs, including compliance, employee education, internal accounting, processing, reporting, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans, including equity grants, option exercises, restricted stock releases, ESPP, and employee updates.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (such as Accounting, HR, Legal, Payroll ,etc.) to provide equity reporting and forecasts, and ensure accounting, regulatory and tax compliance.
- Data management and integrity of equity plans between systems and providers, including overseeing data transfers, and troubleshooting issues.
- Lead and drive improvements to processes and workflows, including employee equity communications and training.
- Support with any tasks related to the annual compensation review process, including analytical tasks, aligning existing models accordingly to management requirements, sharing and collecting back recommendations from related managers within the given timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in a global finance environment. Stock administration experience – an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex situations.
- Ability to understand complex corporate processes, continuous proactive approach.
- Advanced excel knowledge and savvy in business online systems. Administration experience with E*TRADE platform– an advantage.
- Excellent English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
