Information Technology Business System Analyst - Implementor

The IT Business System Analyst - Implementor will be responsible for implementing and managing the key systems in the organization – ERP, CRM, BI.

In this role, you will work closely with global cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.

You will also be responsible for IT-related projects planning, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ERP, CRM, and BI projects, including project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data flows between systems, identify pain points and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement Systems and Application projects - Hands-on business management including - Requirements definition, development, configuration, validation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Proactively assess global user needs and system functionality; evaluate new applications and initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Manage change management - communication, training, and documentation.
• Continuously monitor and optimize systems performance using KPIs.
• Provide technical support for our systems and applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science.
• 6-8 years of experience in Systems and Applications implementation in a global, multinational organization - ERP, CRM preferred.
• Background with ERP (Finance, Supply chain, Planning) and CRM (Lead to cash) management.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP – advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Multi-disciplinary, highly motivated with excellent coordination skills and ability to perform within a fast growing and changing environment.
• Excellent in English speaking and writing.
