Software Architect

A hi-tech company in the Digital Experience Management field has developed technology that helps organizations monitor and understand the user experience for each application on any device. They provide a focused perspective on user interaction. The company develops products that enable organizations to identify performance issues in their applications.

The role involves software architecture, approximately 20-30% hands-on work, reporting to the VP of Engineering. It plays a significant role in the organization, including building and designing new systems, improving existing ones, participating in management meetings and setting the software direction for the organization.

There is also the potential for future managerial responsibilities. The company's technological stack includes Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, Vertica, Cassandra, Kafka, and Databricks.

Located in the Sharon region, they follow a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home for 2 days. Currently, there are 60 employees in Israel, and globally the company employs 4,000 people.

Qualifications and skills

• 5 years experience in a development architecture position

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and C#. Experience with Angular, React is an advantage. Proficient with AWS/Azure services and DevOps tools and processes.

• Experience in building high performance, highly available and scalable SaaS enterprise level products from the ground up.

• Highly proficient in modern technologies and an appetite to try out new emerging technologies.

• Great interpersonal skills, ability to influence without authority. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English. Team player.
