Financial Controller

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Controller who will join our Tel Aviv office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of Amp, working with the Chief Financial Officer and other interfaces both internal and external. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology company.

Responsibilities

• Leading the preparation of the quarterly and annual reporting to investors.
• Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, manage audits and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations of financial activities and third-party bookkeepers.
• Assisting in monthly books closings, work with the leadership team to develop the annual budget/forecast and budget versus actual reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee payroll, and maintain optimal cash flow to fuel the company's growth.

Qualifications

• CPA from Big 4 accounting firm with 3-5 year experience.
• Attention to details, accountability, and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional skills in Power Point and Microsoft Excel (ideally with some financial modeling skills).
