Project Management Officer

-Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate activities with all relevant project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

-Budgeting: Develop project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.

-Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, generate reports, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

1. Meeting Summaries: Prepare and distribute comprehensive summaries of project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.

-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans.

-Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
