Role Description

at Mashik, you will collaborate with the management team on financial analysis, prepare reports and budgets, conduct research, and analyze economic trends. You'll also play a crucial role in providing sound financial advice to management for decision making and improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create charts, graphs, tables, and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, comfortable working with people at all levels in the organization.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
