Join our R&D team responsible for developing a diverse range of food products manufactured in our facilities across the country.
The unit encompasses a research lab and a semi-industrial production site dedicated to experiments and pilot projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, including conducting tests, managing equipment maintenance, overseeing laboratory staff, interfaces, and suppliers.
- Develop new testing methods tailored to the variety of products and challenges in development.
- Identify new equipment to enhance the development process and implement it within the unit.
- Familiarize yourself with R&D activities and contribute analytically to wide-ranging projects.
- Work at the R&D unit facility located in the Rehovot Dairy site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biotechnology – mandatory. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in laboratory work.
- Experience in operating advanced analytical equipment in chromatography, spectroscopy, or microbiology.
- Previous experience in personnel management is an advantage.
