PMO Student

HP Indigo is the leading player in the digital printing industry, with the broadest portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and is one of the largest exporters in Israel.

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer Student who will be a part of our manufacturing leading team in our plant in Kiryat Gat.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage plant KPI’s and improvement activities
• Manage Plant budget and financial aspects
• Data analysis using Tableau BI reports
• Facilitate Kaizen events and support teams in executing improvement plans
• Drive and lead operational excellence projects and continuous improvements activities using Lean methodology and tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3, 5S, Standard Work)
• Lead a cross-organizational projects to reduce Cycle Time and variable cost
• Interface for all lateral activities – IT, training, budget
  
  

Requirements

• Industrial Eng. – 3rd year
• Excellent English
• Strong analytical skills
• High verbal and written communication, presentation & influence skills
• Team Player with great interpersonal skills
• Lean process knowledge & orientation- advantage
• Experience with project management methodologies- advantage
• Experience in working with BI systems especially Tableau – advantage
