Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operator and Office Manager to join our team in the Hadera Industrial Area. This role is integral to both our sales operations and office management. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, managing financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Handle financial responsibilities including managing payments from customers and processing payments to suppliers.
- Oversee financial documentation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational coherence.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Implement and oversee office policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, and financial management.
- Familiarity with operation processes, task management tools, and financial software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving mindset with multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and financial management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
