Job Title: PS GI Oncology

Introduction to Role:

In this role, you will lead the indication in a complex environment, making strategic decisions and implementing plans to improve business performance. You will be an active and leading member of the cross functional team, contributing to our goal of being the fastest growing pharmaceutical in the international market.

Accountabilities:

As an Oncology GI PS, your responsibilities will include preparing, updating, and implementing brand plans, gathering, and interpreting customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, and other developments within the sector. You will be an active member of the Brand team, maintaining effective communication with brand teams/marketing groups and building strong relations with Opinion Leaders. You will also be responsible for creating adequate Brand plans according to insights and local/global guidance and implementing operational plans accordingly.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in pharma, from Oncology Therapy Area-advantage
• Strong scientific knowledge
• Ability to create strong relationships with customers and leading KEEs.
• Ability & flexibility for working in field & office and prioritizing accordingly.
• Ability to accept changes & fast adaptation, agility skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to set product vision
• Strong analytical skills & selling skills
• Effective at teamwork
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• University degree from a reputable university
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• No restriction to travel/work across the country and must have a valid driving license
  
  

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in Oncology
• Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets
• Experience with digital work/platforms
