Senior System Administrator

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT person who is passionate about IT. You will be responsible for overseeing, handling, and directing the day-to-day operations and activities of an Information Technology functional unit.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the support efforts and ensure IT services run smoothly and effectively by creating and maintaining SLAs, end-user training, technical documentation, and end-user knowledge base.
• Responsible for the new projects: LDAP, NAC services, VMware (vSphere- new/old), Cyber Security processes, Vlans, and VPN changes.
• Oversee compliance globally in terms of IT, devising and establishing IT policies.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and equipment.
• Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Led large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Troubleshooting capabilities with Windows, macOS, and networking equipment, specifically Fortinet.
• Understanding of MFA and SSO concepts
• Experience with SaaS applications, specifically Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Hebrew and English.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in IT teams

Experience at a global company - an advantage

Experienced with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, EDR solutions

Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, both hardware and software

Strong understanding of network and security concepts

Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Independent with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize

Fluent in spoken and written English
