At Agwa, our mission lies in revolutionizing the food supply chain with our pioneering AI- powered vegetable device.
We are a seed startup, offering a fully autonomous, hassle-free gardening experience to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, nutritious vegetables anywhere & anytime.
It’s like using a capsule coffee machine – But with vegetables. Just insert your pre- seeded capsule and let the magic begin. Our state-of-the-art AI based virtual Agronomist meticulously monitors and manages each plant. By analyzing real-time data from camera frames and sensors, it personalizes care, optimizing conditions down to the individual plant level. This ensures peak plant health and yield, replicating and even surpassing professional agronomic oversight. The Agwa devices are used both in private housing and in unique markets like the marine industry. In both cases, our business model includes purchasing of the growing devices and joining a monthly subscription.
We’re headquartered in the Bar-Lev industrial zone, next to the Acre/Carmiel road.

POSITION OVERVIEW
You will be building customer loyalty and fostering long-term B2B customer
relationships by ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
You will be monitoring the entire aspect of the customer’s lifecycle: Sales support, shipping of the devices and the onboarding process, monthly subscription, and help solve “On-the-go” problems. This role requires acting as a pivot between the customers' different POCs and the internal Agwa team: operations, product, agronomy, and software development to ensure a smooth and effective overall experience.
You will represent Agwa to our clients externally and be the voice of the client internally.
You will be the point of contact for anyone with special requests and will proactively
think of ways to best meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will also have an interest
and experience in the BD area to help seize new business opportunities. You will report
directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
In this role you will:
- Be the main point of contact for customers regarding all business and customer
service matters
- Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating our product offerings
- Review and solve customer complaints and concerns with the Agwa people
- Seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Seek to upsell services and products to our customers - Accomplish reoccurring
revenue milestones for Agwa
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Agwa's offering, assist customers with
questions
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all
Customer Success initiatives
- Require the skills of speaking to different intercompany levels within our
customers - Both to the field people as well as the decision-making management
- You will work 4 days from the office and one day from home.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or customer success position is
strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- First degree (BA) is a must
- Accountability, detail-orientation, proactivity, and personal organization are
essential
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of
the product and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Agronomy knowledge is a plus
- Business Development background is a plus
