The ideal candidate will typically have:

• 2+ years of work experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or 4+ years of industry experience, including managerial or leadership roles.
• Degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's) from a top university.
• Psychometric score higher than 700 (Excluding exempts)
• Business-level fluency in both English & Hebrew.
• International experience acquired through internships or study abroad.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
