Job Description

• Implement and Deliver Projects and Enhancements on Sapiens Global Salesforce.
• Serve as a focal point for Salesforce service and support.
• Conduct data uploads and Data fixes.
• Provide operational reporting solutions (including support for BI reports).
• Conduct quality assurance and data validation checks.
• Manage multiple instances (Production and Sandbox).
  
  

• Knowledge of Salesforce administration (Lightning): Objects and Fields, Profiles, Roles, Field level security, Validations, Flows, App exchange.
• 2-4 year of previous experience and operation and support of Salesforce – Must.
• Previous experience in data management in Salesforce (data fixes, data uploads).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Processes.
• Experience in user guidance\ demos.
• Strong technical skills – Must.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew – Must.
• Strong Self-Learning ability.
• Analytical skills for data and processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
• Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
