The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success in Advertising. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face, making sure delivery time, managing on-boarding for new clients, managing high-level accounts, and creating new opportunities with existing clients. The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Management.

Responsibilities

Manage high scale advertising accounts.

Manage incoming briefs and assignments from clients and relay them forward to the creative and media teams.

Managing projects and large-scale campaigns

Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all teams: Account management, Media Buying, and Creative.

Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs.

Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage all reporting for budgets and media goals.

Manage media buying team with a deep understanding of ROI, Prioritizing engagement.

Qualifications

2 years of Account Management/ Supervisor experience in Advertising - A Must

Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

Love for Advertising

Very good organizational skills

High skills in office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Good with numbers and business-oriented

• Understanding and experience in media buying online and offline.
