Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and innovative professional to fill the role of Director of Creative Marketing (Reporting to the CMO) in the dynamic and fast-paced gaming industry. In that senior role, you will strategize, shape and oversee execution of the overall creative marketing activities that elevate our top industry brands and drive scale and performance in the competitive gaming landscape.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Gaming Campaigns:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies specifically tailored to the gaming industry, considering the unique preferences and behaviors of gamers of all genres.
- Lead the conceptualization of campaigns that acquire, engage and excite gamers across various platforms.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, video producers, and content creators.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment that aligns with the energetic spirit of the gaming industry. Working in a global company with a wide variety of stakeholders involved in the creative process, remotely and locally.
- Brand Representation:
- Help shape and work in accordance with brand guidelines and third-party brand collaborations, while ensuring that all creative materials align with gaming culture and resonate with our target audience.
- Innovative Content Creation:
- Spearhead the creation of visually stunning and engaging content, including trailers, gameplay videos, and social media assets, to promote our gaming products.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to build narratives that captivate the gaming audience.
- Cross-department Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with UA, product marketing and Product teams to produce creative elements for all paid and non-paid platforms - PPC, video networks and app stores.
- Gaming Trends and Technology:
- Stay abreast of gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the Research team to infuse innovative and cutting-edge ideas into marketing strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the gaming community.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure the performance of gaming campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize future strategies.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and player insights to continually enhance the gaming experience and marketing impact.
What we expect
- Over 10 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role within the gaming industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player preferences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful gaming marketing campaigns and creative projects in a performance-driven environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Past experience in post-production and CGI is an advantage
