Content & Marketing Manager (maternity leave with an option)
Zoomd is seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 8 months starting March 1, 2023 for the position of Content & Marketing Manager. This is a temporary position with the option for permanent full time position.
We are looking for a hands-on, full-stack marketer with deep knowledge and expertise in digital marketing. The marketing manager role will oversee: Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, social media, PR, and Conferences. Both for global and local teams.
Job Specifications:
- Execute the company’s yearly marketing plan, for global and specific markets.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization, especially with sales, media and Customer Success teams.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness. Regularly assess and report on marketing's impact on revenue and other relevant business metrics.
- Content creation- create compelling content reflecting the company’s activities. From thought leadership articles, data driven content, social media text, website blog, marketing assets (presentations, one pages, etc).
- Build a comprehensive content strategy and create a consistent voice for the brand across all digital channels and products.
- Plan and oversee the media campaigns according to yearly plan and targets.
- Support internal corporate communications and brand marketing initiatives.
- Further refine and product specific marketing materials and presentations.
- Manage marketing CRM database and marketing automation, email drip campaigns and A\B testing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar digital and marketing roles.
- 2+ years of experience in content management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Previous experience in international agencies with international clientele - advantage.
- Proficient in English (Spanish or additional language would also be of benefit).
- Excellent, clear, and concise writing skills.
- Familiarity with the AdTech eco-system - an advantage.
- Content writing: Proven experience in creating compelling and informative content.
- Maintain the company’s website and investors hub – WordPress.
- Familiarities working with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Mailchimp, activetrail) - big plus.
- Strong communications skills- both spoken and written.
- Hands on.
- Experience working and managing 3rd party suppliers for design, content, production, etc.
- Have a ‘’can do approach” attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Have strong attention to details.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment.
This is a full-time position in our HQ office at Herzliya, Israel.
