Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability and scalability of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and systems administration, with a passion for automating operations and ensuring high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems that support our SaaS platform
• Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment and configuration management
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply necessary optimizations
• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance the infrastructure, improve deployment processes, and ensure seamless product releases
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and rapid response to incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventive measures
• Document system design and operational procedures
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Meaningful experience with Web Applications (Rails, Django, etc')
• Minimum three years Experience in Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Bash, Python)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms AWS, Terraform and containerization technologies (Docker)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Substantial Knowledge of networking, security, databases, and Linux/Unix systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
