Controller and FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Controller to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Controller and Team leader, you will report directly to the CFO. You will play a key role in our global finance team, managing the company's financial process, applying an analytical approach, and providing insights for decision-making and potential improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with
  
  

IFRS & US GAAP

• Take the lead on the various financial work streams, such as revenue recognition processes, and ensure
  
  

the proper control of accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, etc.

• Oversee the monthly billing and collection process
• Preparation of the Company’s budget, monitoring budget on an ongoing basis vs actual results, and
  
  

creating forecasts regularly.

• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Israeli/US tax law.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and
  
  

recommend actions to improve financial performance.

• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of financial procedures, internal control, and
  
  

accounting policies.

• Responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting,
  
  

forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial
  
  

reporting and analysis.

• Provide financial support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
• Lead the audit processes, work closely with external auditors, and comply with annual statutory
  
  

audits, government reporting

requirements, and tax filings.

• Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, tax filings, internal controls, policies, and
  
  

procedures.

• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes.
  
  

Requirements:

• CPA with experience from the Big4
• At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including experience in financial reporting and
  
  

accounting

• Experience with IFRS
• FP&A experience
• Experience with consolidation of IFRS & US GAAP financial statements
• A proven track record of delivering under time pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and quality deliverables with high
  
  

attention to details.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communicational skills and ability to build critical stakeholder relationships both internally
  
  

and externally.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• The ability to prioritize multiple priorities, organize, manage time, and work independently to meet
  
  

deadlines.

• The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
