O2R Intelligence is a small company based in Haifa, specializing in Video Programmatic Advertising- CTV, InApp, Desktop, Programmatic Performance Advertising - and Search Feed Advertising - Google, Bing, Yahoo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years's experience in selling Video Ads on Both CTV and Mobile InApp
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the advertising industry, preferably in programmatic advertising
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Fluent in English
