Digital Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager at HYBRID, you will lead complex technical projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects while meeting deadlines and budgets. You will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of complex digital projects, from concept to client delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, including defining tasks, timelines, and required resources.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure meeting financial goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, UX designers, and designers.
• Manage ongoing communication with clients, expectations management, and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project management methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze project performance, draw lessons, and implement continuous improvements in work processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 5+ years in managing complex digital projects.
• Deep technical understanding of web, mobile, and information system technologies.
• Practical experience with project management methodologies and proficiency in leading management tools.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage complex relationships with clients.
• Experience in technical writing and ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management.
