THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX designer to design our best-in-class mobile app to maximize user engagement and retention. We are looking for an outstanding individual who is both a master of UX and has a pixel-perfect approach to UI. This role requires a highly collaborative hands-on individual to partner with various Product & Engineering stakeholders to ensure a focused engaging customer experience at every digital touchpoint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Design best-in-class products and experiences that drive user engagement and retention

· Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development

· Balance user-design and business-oriented goals while continually striving to improve the entire customer experience

· Take ownership of a project from first ink drop to the last pixel implementation

· Work closely with product and engineering to define, design and deliver extraordinary products and ensure high-quality implementation and user experience

WHO YOU ARE

· 3+ years of experience in designing customer facing mobile apps

· Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, simplicity and usability

· Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team

· Follow, study, and appreciate well-crafted mobile apps

· Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently

· Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

· Hands-on, initiator, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability

· Highly proficient in Figma

· Studied Graphic Design, Media Arts, visual communication or similar

· High level of written and spoken English
