IT Planning & Control Intern

What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for a motivated and talented intern to join its Global IT department.

As an IT Planning and control intern, you will support the IT department's PMOs with various tasks related to budget and forecast management, procurement requests, invoices handling, procurement process oversight, IT plans, project progress, and KPIs monitoring.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-deliverables-oriented environment and collaborate with IT managers and global finance teams. You also could learn about IT governance and best practices in a leading cybersecurity company.

• Support IT PMOs with administrative and coordination tasks in budget, procurement, and workplan areas
• Process and track procurement requests and invoices for IT purchases and services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with IT managers and global stakeholders to identify and document IT requirements, processes, and controls.
• Providing administrative and logistical support for IT projects and initiatives
• Monitor and report on IT work plans, project s progress, and KPIs using various tools and dashboards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A basic knowledge of IT frameworks and methodologies
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Fluent in English and other languages are a plus.
