About The Job
As the VP of HR, you will be instrumental in leading organizational change initiatives, with a strong emphasis on aligning these changes with the company’s core values. Your role will involve strategically managing HR functions to support business growth while ensuring that the core values are deeply integrated into every aspect of employee experience and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that are aligned with the company’s business objectives and core values. Lead organizational development and talent management initiatives to support our rapid growth. Introducing tools and processes to contribute to organizational improvement and correct development.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices not only comply with legal standards but also reflect the company's core values.
- Core Values Integration: Champion the integration of core values into all HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and recognition programs.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a workplace culture that reflects the company’s core values. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, ensuring that the core values are lived and experienced by all employees.
- Talent Management: Align talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies with the company’s core values, ensuring that the workforce embodies and promotes these values.
- Performance Management: Develop a performance management framework that evaluates not only job performance but also adherence to and demonstration of core values.
- Growth Structure: Building a growth structure for VP and C-level positions and Establishing a growth system for mid-level management.
- Communication: Effectively communicate change initiatives and the importance of core values in all internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing change and aligning HR strategies with core values.
- Minimum 4 years as VP HR
- Experience in leading the HR department for a growing company transitioning from 100 to 200 employees.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, culture development, and change management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- High proficiency in both English and Hebrew
