Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• AP management (Payments, Invoices, Communication, GL reconciliation)
• AR management- Billing & Collection
• Cash / Bank accounts Reconciliation
• Fixed asset management.
• Monthly closing process, including Accruals and prepaid Expenses.
• Consolidation of BVA monthly report and cash management.
• Payments process including payment to vendors and statutory authorities- Income Tax, National Insurance, VAT& WTH.
• Ad hoc accounting projects.
• Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper in Hi-Tech companies.
• Experience with the Priority system - is a must.
• Experience with Mesh, Dokka - an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Experience in working with multiple currencies, and multiple entities/subsidiaries.
• Well proficient in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work Full-time position.
