Digital Marketing Manager

An international consumer products company is on the lookout for a skilled B2B and B2C Digital Manager. This role is pivotal in steering the company’s digital marketing efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a proactive leader, keen on making a significant impact in the digital space.

Role Description

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s brand objectives and consumer segmentation
• Utilize diverse digital marketing techniques including content marketing, SEO, social media strategies, and online events to optimize KPIs and ROI
• Assess and integrate advanced digital technologies, oversee budget management, and analyze key digital performance metrics
• Oversee and optimize B2B and B2C digital platforms, including managing social media accounts and other digital channels
• Collaborate with international teams, requiring exceptional skills in creating and delivering presentations in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a digital marketing manager with a focus on developing marketing - MUST
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for global stakeholder presentations - MUST
• Prior experience in a consumer products company - an Advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce - an Advantage
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager)
• Strong capabilities in independence, assertiveness, attention to detail, creative and critical thinking, and multitasking
