Company Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Full Responsibility for Unified Quarterly and Annual Financial Report Editing:

• Lead the preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Comprehensive Oversight of Group and Subsidiary Accounting Reporting:

• Manage the entire accounting reporting process for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Oversee and coordinate financial reporting for all subsidiary companies.

Tax Reports Editing:

• Prepare and review tax reports, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.

Collaborate with tax authorities and respond to inquiries.

Interface Management with External Auditors:

• Interact with external auditors during financial audits.
• Address and resolve audit queries in a timely manner.

Monthly/Quarterly Closing Process Accountability:

• Take ownership of the monthly and quarterly closing process.
• Ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported.

Preparation of Analytical Analyses:

• Develop and prepare analytical analyses to provide insights into financial performance.
• Present findings to the management team for strategic decision-making.

Handling Various Accounting Issues and Bookkeeping:

• Address diverse accounting issues and maintain accurate records.
• Implement bookkeeping procedures to ensure compliance.

Workflow Development and Implementation:

• Build and implement efficient workflow processes.
• Streamline accounting procedures for improved efficiency.

Management and Control of Company Cash Flows:

• Oversee and control the cash flows of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Implement measures to optimize cash management.

Budget Construction and Actual Performance Control:

• Develop budgets and monitor actual performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement.

Presentation Preparation for Management/Board:

• Prepare presentations for the management and board of directors.
• Communicate financial information effectively to key stakeholders.
