Loox is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in our product positioning and brand management.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Loox, you will:
- Be responsible for planning and executing our product terminology and announcements, owning the brand positioning both internally and externally.
- Manage and uphold brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, RnD, CX) to ensure the brand messaging aligns with company objectives and resonates with our merchants.
- Create a product marketing roadmap by working closely with product, growth, and R&D.
- Take ownership of user advocacy initiatives, including organizing and conducting user interviews, planning case studies, and user feedback. Leverage insights to enhance marketing tactics, user experience, and product awareness.
- Hands-on approach, willingness to dive into the day-to-day tasks like creating content, measuring impact, and ensuring our work is executed at its highest quality.
- Write and maintain UX copy for features under your ownership.
- Adopt new and existing features within our existing user base.
What you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a PMM in a fast-growing startup (preferably a SaaS business).
- Fluent in English - All communication is written in American English.
- Vast experience building feature announcements and product adoption strategies while ensuring brand consistency throughout the company.
- Execution orientation - the ability to maximize efficiency by creating organized workflows and managing multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, R&D, Support)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach with a proven track record of moving the needle.
- Working experience in eCommerce - a bonus
