Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, monitoring, audits, reports, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team, doing DD for new projects, preparing proposals for investors, and developing and maintaining our investors' relationship strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks and financial partners
• Create financial analysis for new projects
• Create proposals for investors

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 3-5 years of finance experience in the real estate world
• CPA graduate - required
• Experience in creating investments proposals and reports
