Junior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager with a passion for mobile app marketing and an eye for emerging trends in the ad-tech industry.

You will be instrumental in forging partnerships with top-tier sources and optimizing traffic strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow RmediaAds' client base using multiple channels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing day-to-day relationships.
• Handle campaign management, including results analysis and post-campaign reporting.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, building a robust pipeline of leads to drive sales.
• Initiate, structure, and negotiate impactful partnerships with direct advertisers.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience - an advantage.
• Clear understanding of the app marketing ecosystem and genuine industry connections.
• Experience and knowledge in the mobile/online marketing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing large customer portfolios.
• High level of English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
•  Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and goal-driven, with a penchant for high performance in a dynamic environment.
