We are looking for a Product Owner to join our digital product team in Israel. This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital asset management solutions. The team consists of 3 and is reporting to the Director of Product Management. We have a great skill set in building product strategy according to market needs and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in managing product roadmap and working with multiple teams and customers.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Exact Sciences, Library Sciences, or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of experience in a software organization, involving development or product definition roles
• Strong soft skills, team player
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and best practices
• Experience in writing requirements/user stories and designing solutions
• Self-motivated and able to learn and work independently
• Attention to detail
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking, open to unique solutions and thoughts
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, and to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
• Very high level of English

What will you be doing with the Digital Content Products team?

As a Product Owner, you will first and foremost be the ‘go-to person’ in areas under your responsibility. This means understanding customers’ needs and workflows, as well as staying up to date with standards and trends in the market and with the Ex Libris Library Solutions.

As a Product Owner, you will focus on the end-to-end delivery of high-quality features that provide value to our customers and ensure the wide usage of such features with a high level of satisfaction. You will be required to think out of the box and provide efficient, end-user-friendly solutions to complex problems.

The work will be done closely with the Product Managers, Product Owners, and various development teams.

The product you will be developing

A new digital asset management and preservation solution in development over a SaaS platform, built in close collaboration with a user community and combining state of art technologies such as AI and analytics.

About The Team

The team will include a Product Manager and 2 Product Owners, working closely with R&D, UX, and other product teams while working intensely with a global user community.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.

This is a full-time position.
