The Akamai GREWP team provides global facilities, real estate, construction project management and physical security services. The team is focused on providing customer service to our fellow employees in offices across the globe.

Work For a Leading Technology Company

You will be responsible for supporting service delivery continuity in the EMEA region. with a primary focus on our Tel Aviv office. Taking line management responsibility for local members of staff. the role focuses on customer service, vendor management, budget management, space planning and providing local H&S support.

As a Facilities Operations Manager you will be responsible for-

• Providing regional support and cover for the Senior Operations Manager EMEA
• Building solid relationships with the local senior management team and other key stakeholders ensuring queries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining and developing local supplier/vendor relationships.
• Managing reactive and PPM works. Ensuring work is performed in accordance with the required standards and that SLA's are consistently met.
• Managing the site opex budget, invoices and purchase orders, investigate variances within the budget and provide detailed explanations and establish guidelines to prevent reoccurrence.
• Seeking continuous improvement for all procedures, processes and other customer requirements.
• Managing 'Security Trustee' process for Akamai's internal and external guest on behalf of the Israel ֿ
• . Supporting space planning, H&S and the onboarding of new employees.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 5+ years of facilities related work experience in a corporate environment.
• Have experience managing a team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
• Be a problem solver with enthusiasm for getting things done and creating the best environment for our customers
• Able to work independently, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing.
• Have proven experience in Microsoft Office suite and Oracle.
