abra is looking for an experienced System Analyst & PM specializing in CRM Dynamics to join our growing team and be part of an amazing journey. 🌴🦄

In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, defining, and successfully delivering complex CRM projects, ensuring flawless execution from kickoff to completion.

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and proven experience functioning as a System Analyst

· Demonstrated success in planning and rolling out CRM solutions with deep platform expertise.

· Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (Preferably Dynamics 365 Online) and Power Platform (advantage) as a Business Analyst

· Excellent writing skills for system documentation (HLD, DD) help guides, and marketing materials.

· knowledge of backlog management and user story creation

· Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum and/or Kanban practices

· Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project

· A fast learner who is motivated, innovative, and a self-starter with a "can do" attitude.

· Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with clients and cross-functional teams
