IT Engineer

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our team.

A person that is hungry to learn and develop into a professional in the field.

Responsibilities

• Being the Right hand of the IT Manager.
• Support R&D including R&D Tools like Jira, Confluence, Polarion, FlexLM, etc., as well as being the focal point for external vendors.
• Implement cyber security policies and solutions within the company.
• Working with ERP plan, upgrading the company's ERP system according to an annual project plan
• Working on IT ISO automotive aspects and implementation of IT SOX compliance.
• Collaborating with the company logistics manager.
• Responsible for Info System aspects including organization, documentation, monitoring, etc.
• Analyzes data and prepares reports to provide information and/or recommendations with regards to the system information.
• Working on IT projects, including the design and implementation of IT systems and services.
• Define IT infrastructure and processes, aligning with current and future business requirements and goals.
• Monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze and develop solutions for IT needs.
• Troubleshoot IT topics related to OS, SW and HW.
• Develop and implement IT and security policies, guidelines, and best practice guides assure that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
• Supporting Company users while ensuring excellent user experience with highest standards.
  
  

• 5+ years experience as an IT Engineering.
• Service Oriented Person.
• Experience with network, computer systems, security, databases, and data storage systems.
• Operating systems practical experience (Windows, Linux).
• Active Directory, AzureAD, GPO, DNS, Office365.
• Basic Understanding of communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with physical hardware (Servers, Switches, Firewalls)
• Excellent Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Self-Learning Abilities.
• Ability to Project Manage.
• Thirst to Develop & Learn

• Practical Scripting Experience (PowerShell / Bash / Python).
• MDM Experience (Mobile Device Management System).
• Monitoring suite.
• Log Management Tools (Elastic stack or others).
• EDR/AV Central Systems.
• Identity Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Hypervisors.
• Understanding of IT Security.
