VIDAA USA Inc. was established in 2019 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia USA. Our flagship product is the VIDAA TV OS which is currently in its sixth generation. VIDAA TV OS is a modern global Smart TV operating system and content platform. By choosing VIDAA, TV OEM manufacturers get a turn-key Linux based OS with voice control, an app store, billing and payment, and much more. SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the seamless execution and management of our advertising procedures. Your daily responsibilities will involve maintaining constant communication with customers, handling material reception and delivery, as well as meticulously planning and overseeing customer campaigns. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating insightful reports and demonstrating a deep understanding of their content.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of VIDAA and partner advertising procedures.
• Developing and maintaining excellent communication with partners and clients.
• Overseeing and planning customer campaigns.
• Creating reports

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Verbal and written fluency in English is required; experience working with China is a plus
• Organized with attention to detail and excellent analytical and logical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong sense of responsibility with an ability to delve into details.
• Exceptional execution skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent command of English (written/spoken)
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule:

Some meetings or calls may be outside the normal local schedule due to time zone differences with global business associates. Schedule may vary slightly by geo location.

This role is based in VIDAA Israel offices, on site.
