Position Overview:

As a Corporate controller at Browzwear, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the company. This position requires a proactive and hands-on individual who thrives on taking ownership and driving results. Joining our team as a Corporate Controller means being part of a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the financial success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly and quarterly closing process, including preparing working papers, calculating accruals, and tax calculations, preparing reporting packages, and performing analytical procedures.
• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP standards. Manage intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Accountable for the integrity and maintenance of the Financial ERP and driving process improvement by leveraging it.
• Manage the Company's cash flow.
• Work closely with external auditors, and comply with annual statutory audits, annual tax returns, and other tax filings.
• Communication with the international Finance team
  
  

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in global companies from SaaS High Tech sector - must.
• Proficiency with Netsuite – must
• A CPA with a Background in one of the BIG 4 – must
• Excellent English (writing and speaking) - must
• Positive can-do attitude, Team player, Strong communication and service orientation skills
