Description
A leading cyber company, located in TLV (on the train line), is looking for an Executive Assistant for the Management team members - Part time (70%-80%) & temporary position (6-9 months app.), maternity leave replacement.
We are looking for a fast learner team player, who loves giving great service and is comfortable working in an informal, small team environment in a high-demanding, fast-paced work environment, which requires high multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to play a behind-the-scenes role.
- This is an entry-level position
- This is a part time position- 70%-80%
- This is a temporary position - replacement for Maternity leave
- The role includes intense logistics and administration (sitting at the front desk) - not a hybrid position
- Involvement in many business activities, with all management members
- Diverse work environment, with many internal and external interfaces
- Working in an intimate, fast-paced and innovative environment with great people
- Complex scheduling for the management team - you’ll need to always be one step ahead of our manager's busy schedule (including conferences and teleconferences)
- Coordination of the management members' travel arrangements
- Receiving guests, including managing and coordinating visits
- Being part of the operations team with their various projects
- A great team player - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience - at least 1 year of calendar and travel management - mandatory
- Fast learner who loves giving great service and is comfortable working in an informal, small team environment
- Can-do attitude, smiling, diligent, responsible, capable to take initiative and perform well under pressure
- Be a discrete, sharp, and fast learner, highly-organized and very detail-oriented
- Be a multi-tasker, as there is always something happening at Argus
- English and Hebrew at a native speaker level (or close to it). Especially critical: Excellent written English skills
- Computer proficiency - MS Office / Google apps
- Available throughout the week. Time flexible and willing to do overtime when required.
- Experience in startups - big advantage
- BA degree – an advantage
