About the Role:

In this role, you will lead LSports's Platform Infra team, taking domain ownership over key areas of LSports's infrastructure. You will work on translating requirements into features and capabilities that support hundreds of vast volumes of data. You will work closely with an exceptional engineering team, as well as with various other stakeholders within the organization, to ensure we are continually building products our users truly want and love.

This includes:

Defining the product strategy and roadmap for Platform Infra
Plan and own the roadmap for LSports’s Platform Infra domain and meet our business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate them clearly to the engineering teams.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to articulate solutions that create the most significant impact.
Work regularly with various stakeholders within the organization and be comfortable presenting your ideas.
Be the champion of our users within your product line.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.
Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches
Work within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, driven to increase our products' value.

Responsibilities:

Define and articulate the Platform Infra product strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver Platform Infra solutions.
Manage the Platform Infra product backlog and prioritize features.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Track and measure Platform Infra product performance
Stay up to date on Platform Infra trends and technologies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a technical product management or product development role
Experience with cloud technologies and Kubernetes is a must.
Strong understanding of Platform Infra principles and practices
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
