Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at VPG’s location in Modiin Israel.

The Highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager Will be responsible Will be responsible for leading the quality department on the site in Modi'in and on the site in the USA

Responsibilities

• Management of the quality activity on the site in Israel and on the site in the USA
• Managed a quality engineer and quality control department
• Managing the activities related to quality in accordance with relevant local QMS procedures as well as organizational quality procedures.
• Defining the quality levels of processes and products.
• Defining the organizational chart of the department in order to carry out all activities
• Support for the maintenance of other management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).
• Management of internal and external quality issues (MRB, RMA, customer complaints).
• Leading the planning of appropriate corrective actions to solve the problems discovered and ensuring their implementation.
• Communication with customers and certification bodies on product and system quality issues.
• Periodic reporting on quality activities in all the division's facilities for the management of the division and the quality of the corporation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Materials/Chemical/Electronics Engineering

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality manager in a manufacturing industrial company

• Technical knowledge, an advantage for the semiconductor industry
