monday.com is looking for a talented Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our Business Operations team.

This individual will play a pivotal role in the company's strategic project for CPQ transformation.

As a Salesforce CPQ Ninja, you will have a key role in our Salesforce CPQ application transformation project! You will be responsible for building a scalable solution and creating a seamless experience for our sales and partner teams. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and proven expertise in the CPQ platform and billing cycle (including bundling, special pricing, tiered pricing, percentage of total, etc.).

In this position, collaboration with our CRO Organization and the sales team will be critical as you help implement processes to optimize and improve efficiency using Salesforce CPQ. You will work closely with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in our dynamic, high-growth environment.

About The Role

• Take full ownership of multiple tasks within the Salesforce CPQ transition project, confidently managing and executing all necessary complex tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that all implementations are well-documented, designed, and tested, adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Evaluate and customize solutions for business processes using Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Partner Community, etc., to optimize operations.
• Be responsible for maintaining data integrity within the Salesforce CPQ system through regular audits, cleanups, and metadata maintenance.
• Continuously analyze the Salesforce CPQ system to identify areas for improvement and recommend new strategic CRM initiatives.
• Proactively address reported issues and bugs on the Salesforce platform, troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.
• Utilize configuration, code, 3rd party tools, and APIs to build systems and deliver solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Effectively communicate changes and updates related to system implementations to end-users and coordinate end-user training sessions.
• Develop clear, concise, and complete functional specifications based on business requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
  
  

• Minimum 1 year of successful Salesforce CPQ experience, with proven knowledge of CPQ platforms and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of price rules, product rules, and product configuration, including bundles and related product attributes.
• Salesforce CPQ certificate (Advantage), demonstrating expertise in the CPQ module.
• Proficient in Apex Code, JavaScript, and Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components - Advantage.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various divisions in the organization.
• Demonstrated understanding of data model implications related to core Salesforce functionalities.
• Experience working with Salesforce Communities - Advantage
• Knowledge of working with Sales organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong team player with a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
• Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
