We are currently seeking an experienced IT Engineer with expertise in networking and virtualization to join our dynamic team.

As an IT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative networking/virtualization solutions and optimizing our datacenter architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage virtualization solutions utilizing technologies such as VMware/Kubernetes.
• Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtualized environments to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Design and optimize datacenter architectures, considering factors such as network connectivity, power distribution, cooling, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with R&D users to understand their business needs, support them, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure seamless operation and knowledge transfer.
• Provide support and day to day task to the entire company employe.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Engineer, specializing in virtualization and datacenter design.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, KVM and/or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with server hardware, including rack-mount and blade servers.
• Experience with storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, or object storage, and their integration with virtualized environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages, such as PowerShell or Python, for task automation and management of virtualized environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.
• Proven experience as an Active Directory Administrator in a large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, RADIUS.
• Significant experience in AWS with focus configuration and management
• Must have a strong background with LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, and other network hardware (802.1Q, QoS, Firewalls, LACP, Stack, BGP)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Google G Suite / Office 365 Suite
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
