As a Practical Hardware Engineer, you will actively contribute to various design and technical support activities, with a primary emphasis on testing throughout the development process, verification, validation, and product investigations. We are seeking a self-driven individual with hands-on capabilities, proficiency with lab equipment, and a knack for diving into technical details.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Investigate boards and assembled devices that encounter issues during production.

2. Conduct tests on electronic components, boards, and assemblies throughout the development process.

3. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Hardware Leader.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Practical Electronics Engineering.

2. Over 5 years of experience in the high-tech or medical devices industry.

3. Proven hands-on capabilities with lab equipment operation and soldering expertise.

4. Ability to define and draft test protocols, conduct tests, and report results in English.

5. Familiarity with board design (Analog, Digital, Power), Schematics, and Layout.

6. Capability to prioritize tasks and provide a well-defined schedule for completion.

7. Team player with the ability to work independently, a quick learner, and creative thinker.

8. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.

9. Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical.

10. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
