Senior Java Software Engineer

STARTICA is looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to join an existing team in a big financial company.

Job responsibilities include:

• Design and build advanced Web applications with Java, JEE.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable web applications.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience developing in Java / JEE.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related subject.
• Experience working with REST + SOAP WebServices.
• Proven knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with JPA, JUNIT.
• Knowledge of nosql (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Working experience with Jenkins and GIT is a plus.
