Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Instrumentation and Control Supervisor in Kiryat Gat. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems used in industrial and commercial settings. Day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of breakdowns, developing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related field
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for process automation
• Experience in project management and the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Awareness of industry regulations and safety standards, OHSA, and other relevant codes and specifications
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
