Intelligence Team Leader

MAX Security is looking for an experienced intelligence team leader to manage a team of analysts from different disciplines and coordinate with operational on-the-ground teams as well as with sensitive clients.

The following are the required qualifications:

• Former security/ military experience (IDF Officer with the rank of a Lieutenant (Segen) at least).
• At least 3 years of experience with operational /real-time intelligence in a security organization (IDF, Mossad, Shabak, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and integrate data from multiple sources simultaneously and in real-time.
• Extensive experience with OSINT (especially social media), VISINT, and associated tools.
• Native-level proficiency in English (the position is in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• High expression abilities in English (verbally and in writing)
• Experience working and managing an intelligence team under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in presenting and coordinating with high-ranking influential decision-making personas.
• Undergraduate degree (BA) is required. Relevant fields of study (such as international relations, security studies, journalism, political science, area studies, etc.) are an advantage.
