Legal Counsel-Labor and Employment Law

Job Description

• Partner with the HR team, other stakeholders, and external counsels, advising on various legal HR aspects (in Israel and abroad)
• Initiate, coordinate, and lead legal HR-related projects
• Draft and review agreements and other employment-related documents
• Review and assess HR policies, employee handbooks, and employee-related policies
• Assist and advise on employment aspects in various types of transactions (M&A, restructuring)
• Perform HR-related investigations or examinations
• Develop methodologies for retaining legal advice, research, and templates for an internal legal knowledge base
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• An experienced employment and labor law lawyer with 4+ years of experience in a high-tech company or a law firm’s employment department
• You have deep knowledge of labor and employment law
• You’re completely fluent in English and can communicate clearly and concisely, draft documents, prepare presentations, and participate in professional discussions, mainly in English
• You’re experienced in drafting employment-related documents and agreements and giving hands-on advice to clients, stakeholders, management, and human resources
• You’re a hard worker, a team player, and passionate about what you do
• You have great communication skills and can initiate, coordinate, and lead projects involving many stakeholders
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, are a skilled multitasker, and take full ownership of your projects, from start to finish
• You must have an Israeli bar license
