Production Engineer

Comparts is a leading manufacturer specializing in the production of composite parts for the aerospace industry. Anticipating new challenges in 2024, we are looking to strengthen our engineering department with a Production Engineer.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our engineering department. The ideal candidate should possess strong discipline and management skills, seeking to challenge themselves and grow as an engineer.

Responsibilities

The Production Engineer will be responsible for designing the production process for composite materials. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Understanding customer requirements
• CAD design of molds and jigs
• Leading design reviews
• Providing real-time solutions to support the production process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience with composite materials: advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design (Solidworks, NX)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Effective management skills
